a meal is based on 5 components:
milk
meat
grain
fruit
vegetable
It is considered a meal if a student chooses 3 items and 1 MUST be
a fruit OR vegetable.
Chocolate milk is now FAT FREE!!!...NO FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!!...Low fat, white and skim milk are also available!
We offer a variety of entrees...hot main meal items...hot and cold
deli sandwiches...hot vegetables...pre-made salads...ala carte items
Servings of fresh fruit and vegetables are prepared daily with a
variety of choices.
We offer breakfast daily ($1.25) with a variety of choices..hot and
cold cereal..breakfast sandwiches...bagels..muffins..breakfast
breads..yogurt...fresh fruit..milk...juice

Your student's account may be accessed by your home computer. This makes it easy for parents to apply money to accounts and see just what your student is purchasing. Directions to this Nutrikids site are available from kitchen staff.
